What's included

Six phases. No bullshit.

01

Discovery

Operations + finance + IT in the room. Process maps, integration inventory, data audit, scope sign-off.

02

Design

Configuration document. Customization decisions. Integration architecture. Test scenarios. Sign-off before build.

03

Build

Configuration. Customization (only where justified). Integration build. Data migration scripts. Iterative review.

04

UAT

Real users, real scenarios, real data. Defects logged, prioritized, resolved. No "we will fix it post-go-live" theater.

05

Cutover

Final data migration. Cutover weekend. Day-one validation. Hot fixes inside 24h.

06

Hypercare

30–60 days post-go-live with named engineers, daily standup, and rapid issue resolution.

How we differ

The 70/30 rule.

We use SuiteSuccess for the boring 70% — chart of accounts patterns, standard procurement flows, vanilla revenue recognition, baseline reporting. Most partners customize this 70% because it bills more hours.

We use custom configuration for the differentiated 30% — the parts of your business that actually distinguish it. Industry-specific costing methods, unique pricing waterfalls, niche compliance workflows. Most partners under-invest here because it takes senior people.

The result: faster go-lives, lower long-term maintenance burden, and a system that actually fits the business — not a shrink-wrapped vanilla install or a Frankenstein of unnecessary customizations.

Pricing

Honest ranges. Real variables.

FAQ

Implementation questions.

01 How long does a NetSuite implementation actually take?
For a single-entity mid-market company ($50M–$250M), 4–6 months is realistic. Multi-subsidiary OneWorld implementations run 7–12 months. International rollouts add 2–4 months per significant locale. Anyone selling you a "90-day NetSuite" for a complex mid-market business is selling SuiteSuccess with corners cut — and you will pay for those corners later.
02 How much does it cost?
$120K–$250K for a single-entity implementation with standard scope. $180K–$450K for a multi-subsidiary OneWorld rollout. $400K–$900K+ for complex international or industry-specific (manufacturing, advanced commerce) implementations. Variables that move cost: subsidiaries, EDI scope, custom integrations, data migration depth, and post-go-live support tier.
03 What can go wrong?
Three things, in order. (1) Data migration scope underestimated — the cleanest fix is to bring forward less, not more. (2) Customizations that re-implement what SuiteSuccess does natively — most of these can be removed during scoping. (3) Operations not in the design room early — finance-led designs ship systems the field bypasses. Trevera scopes against all three explicitly.
04 What does post-go-live actually look like?
Standard SuiteSuccess hypercare covers 30–60 days. Trevera offers managed services with named engineers, monthly optimization sprints, and SLAs on production issues. We do not hand you off to a different team after go-live.
05 How is Trevera different from a Big-4 firm?
Big-4 economics work above $25M program budgets. Below that you pay enterprise overhead and get associate-level execution after the senior partner has signed the SOW. Trevera staffs senior consultants from scope through go-live and prices for the mid-market.
06 How is Trevera different from a small NetSuite shop?
Bench depth. We have full implementation, dev, and managed services teams in-house. Smaller shops do good work on simpler projects but have one or two senior people deep on any given module.
07 Do you offer fixed-fee implementations?
Yes — for well-defined scopes. We will quote fixed fee when scope is clear and risk is bounded; T&M when scope is genuinely uncertain. We will not pretend uncertain scope is fixed-fee just to win.
