Mid-market companies deserve better ERP partners.

Most mid-market companies pick between two bad options: a Big-4 firm priced for the Fortune 500, or a 10-person shop with one senior person deep on any given module.

Trevera was founded to be the third option. Senior consultants scope and ship. Real bench depth across implementation, development, and managed services. Honest tradeoffs in writing — including telling you when NetSuite or Oracle Cloud is the wrong answer.

We don't do Salesforce, Workday, or SAP. We are deep on Oracle and NetSuite, and we stay that way.

How we think about ERP

Three operating beliefs.

These are not values posters. They are decisions we make against our own commercial interest when they conflict with what is actually best for a client.

01 Belief

ERP is an operations decision dressed as a finance project.

If finance scopes the system and operations gets it dropped on them, the field bypasses it. We start by walking shop floors, DCs, and project rooms — then close up to the GL. The finance team gets a system that ties out; operations gets one they actually use.

02 Belief

Configuration beats customization, every time it can.

SuiteSuccess and Cloud ERP defaults work for the boring 70%. Customizing them out adds maintenance debt that compounds for the next decade. We push back hard on cosmetic customization. The bar: does this encode something that distinguishes how the business runs? If not, configure around it.

03 Belief

You should be able to read the proposal and say no.

Honest ranges. Named risks. Recommendations against our own commercial interest when the math says so. If the right answer is a different platform, a different partner, or no project at all, that's what we put in writing. The work we win that way actually closes — and stays closed.
